Ordered cake online Wednesday morning to pick up Friday at 12:15. They called me 10 minutes before pickup time and said they couldn’t make the cake because the manager quit a week ago and was the only one who could draw the horse. Thankfully my daughters party was Saturday but I paid full price for the plain cookie and they threw in icing, but I decorated it myself. I’ll never order from them again.
So I asked to trade the small one in the bag for the bigger one I asked, but the lady said that they use the same size cookie dough scoop to make the cookies and didn't do the trade, so now I had to leave this nagative review.
Never have I ever paid for water but today was charged 25cents(no big deal) BUT the lady behind the counter had an attitude when I politely asked why was I charged extra. I then because of her rude demeanor text to speak for a manager. She tells me there's no duty but the district manager is here. (correct me if I'm wrong but that's a manager clueless) She then yells Dad and he walks over with an attitude as well. Now mind you I am not being irate or irrational just more curious. We ask for the District number and he goes to the back and calls the police. This big fat jerk Jay Beutgereit and his daughter Elizabeth had the nerve to call the police because a customer was curious about being charged for water from a company that doesn't have a history of doing so. Weird!!! I'm in the mall 2-3 times a week and I buy from them at least twice a week. Lesson learned and money saved because never again. Plus employees are usually pot heads who have no knowledge of when cookies are actually supposed to be baked and ready.
The ladies there are awesome. This is the second time I have been in and they have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service!! Thank you
I asked for the biggest cookie in that batch and she ended up giving me a small cookie instead.
Just went there to get a cookie after waiting for them to put the brownies out, which they still hadn't.
Very disapointed. I called 2 weeks ago and made an order for a 16" cake for pick up TODAY at 5:45. Was so excited about this, as it was part of a birthday dinner surprise. Get there at the scheduled time to pick it up and they had lost my order. So we had no birthday cake for the surprise party. So upset bc this was the place the birthday person wanted bc they had "the best cookie cakes"- I then had to be the one to let him know the order was lost so they didn't have it. Not sure I'll come back.
