What a great experience! I made an appointment with Mandy for a haircut. I have curly hair that can be difficult to cut. She knew exactly how to cut my hair to release the curl and make it easy to style. The salon has such positive energy. I will definitely be back and highly recommend their services.
First time visiting this wonderful salon. I had last minute childcare so I called to see if they had any openings for a cut; they got me in within the hour. Very happy with my new cut! Nice atmosphere & sweet staff. Definitely recommend!!
I paid 130 for the highlights only (no cut) and when I spoke to the owner about not getting what I asked for and wanting some low lights put in to correct her overlightening, I was told that bcuz I had a long consultation and because of the challenge of my allergies which was the reason I went to this salon that they didnt feel they could satisy me and gave me a $30 refund. And to top that, I had breakout and scalp burning for 2 weeks from the product they used to lighten my hair. As well as a reaction to their "organic" shampoo and conditioner for which they did refund my money.
Got a cut here that was truly terrible. The "stylist" curled it at the end so I wouldn't see how bad the cut was. Had to go to another hairstylist at another salon to fix it. Her reaction was "who did this to you?" Still growing it out almost 8 months later.
Terrible experience! I asked for highlights and said specifically that I did not want platinum. The highlighting technique she used was so heavy, esp at the roots that it gave me an a bleach blonde, almost platinum effect. Not to mention therr are line marks from the highlighting on the side of my hair where
I part and it is noticeably lighter on this side because apparently she didnt take in to consideration that I have less hair on that side.
