They are always doing special holiday events and sales. This year that had lots of free Halloween Comics and lots of dollar comics for there Halloween event.
Epikos has comics, gaming gear for a number of systems, and a very helpful staff. My little one collects Pokemon cards and has taken up playing Magic The Gathering and they have provided a ton of cards to get her started right. (The first taste is free.) If comics are your thing, you can find a ton of different titles from Marvel, DC, and various independents. They also have a Disney pin trading board for collectors. If you're in the Chattanooga area, go check this place out if you haven't already.

If you are any kind of nerd/geek this place is for you. I don't mean that in a bad way (I'm one too and we rock). They have an amazing selection and they're pretty friendly to boot. :)
My girlfriend and I went in to Epikos last night at about 9:50. We started off from Dalton and gone up to the ooltewah store, not knowing that it wasn’t there anymore. We booked it on over to the Hixon store and managed to get there at 10 til close. Our plan was to check out a few games, then come back the next day after researching some of the ones that jumped out at us. After about a minute of looking we had found a few that we were curious about, so we asked the man working there if he had played a couple of the ones we were looking at and if so, what he thought of them. He then proceeded to tell us everything we could ever need to know about the games we mentioned as well as several others we had never heard of or even considered. We were absolutely staggered by the level of knowledge and insight held by this man. He went so far above and beyond anything we have ever experienced at any store. When it was all said and done, he had ended up staying open for an additional 45 minutes, just for us. The store worker’s name is Will. If you are ever inclined to buy a board, card, or tabletop game, I highly suggest you visit this store and ask for Will. Also, it is worth mentioning that he is just the nicest guy you’ll ever meet.
