When I became adamant and asked what she would do about it, she accused me of being "up in her face" and called a thug employee to threaten me. I decided to leave and resolve the problem with the Chattanooga Police.

They Actually clean your car..very good.
They stole a Walmart refund card and well as all my quarters from my middle console. the total amount is somewhere in the neighborhood of $55. I went to confront the owner and she rejected my complaint say "what do you expect, leaving things in your car? You can't trust anyone. Do you trust everyone?"
Before today I would've recommended this car wash to anyone. I absolutely loved this place. That's not the case anymore.
this car wash employs the worst of Chattanooga.
Do not do business with this car wash or you'll run the risk of theft or perhaps worse.
When I do business with a company, I expect them to be honest, especially if they have access to something as personal as my car.
I always came here to get my car detailed. They usually did a good job and were friendly. But the last two times, it was just so trashy. The manager followed me around twice to ask me if I thought one of his employees was high. She was completely stoned on something, btw. And this last time, they didn't check my sunroof before they drove it though the wash and my interior got wet. I was assured everything was fine. But I got to drive around with a wet butt the rest of the day. I called the manager and he just yelled at me that it wasn't his problem and told me not to come back. So incredibly rude. Don't give these people your business.
Decent clean but noticed on the way home dirt on plastics that wasn't clean, half done vacuum job and didn't wipe off rear view mirror or armrests
Being a broke college student trying to survive each month I still gave this place my service. Unfortunately today someone stole the only gas money that I had and I have no idea how I will make ends meet until my next pay check. It breaks my heart that someone would do this to me because I always give my service to this place, gave tips, and recommend this place to other people. I'm so hurt and I already have so much going on and now my gas money is gone.
