We took our 10 month old to see Dr. Clay with concerns about how his new teeth were coming in. He took his time to reassure us of everything and was so patient with our son during the check up. Him and his staff put him at ease and he literally laid there so calm and still during the whole visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about each child that comes in the office and every child we saw in the office looked so relaxed and calm getting their teeth cleaned. This lets me know our son will be in good hands for years to come! We will never go to another dentist!

We have been going to Dr. Clay for a few years for routine cleanings and dental care and have always been treated with upmost care and today was no exception. We had an accident at school and Dr. Clay and his staff were so compassionate towards my daughter. They were patient with her and treated her with so much kindness. It makes moments that aren't so fun much easier on mom and daughter! Thanks for being the best dental office ever!
They charged me for a "visit" were they refused treatment on my daughter. I kept calling to have them remove the $50 something charge since I didn't feel we should have to pay for a visit where they refused treatment (it was a cavity filling on a 4 yr old where they wouldn't let me back to help ease her fear and after literally 3 minutes of "trying" to get the gas mask on her, rather than ask me back to help calm her, they just said we would have to reschedule her to sedate her... I was not okay sedating my 4 yr old for a simple cavity filling. After some back and forth, emails and phone calls, the dentist let me come back with my daughter on a rescheduled visit for her cavity filling and she did great with me beside her, but for some reason, they thought I should still be responsible to pay $50 for the 5 minutes we were there for the first visit where they refused to complete the scheduled task). I called them several times about removing this charge from my account, even talked to the actual dentist about it, but they did nothing about it. Brushed me off like it wasn't a big deal. Well, it was a big deal to me. Don't get me wrong, the office is decorated very nice and the dental hygienists did a good job interacting with my children, but my particular experience still makes it so that I can not give them 5 stars.
Dr. Clay is a kind, competent dentist who cares for the children who come into his office. He takes time to explain things to parents and has really helped me out when we needed a procedure done another dentist would not do. He has an excellent facility and great staff members. I have four kids and recommend him over any other pediatric dentist in this area.
