I also had a label that was emailed to me and the label was prepaid, and i was charged $5 for printing out a label. so being locally owned has nothing to do with charging for a service that has already been paid for. I recommend using the UPS store on Hixson Pike.

Standing in the store at this time and it is clean and easy to access from Hwy 153. I came without my shipping label and had to email it directly to the store. The charge... $5. YES!!!! $5. This is a prime example of gouging! Then the owner stated that I could pay $3 if I could quickly sign into my email and print on my own by using their in store computer. As long as I did not take 5 minutes on the computer. So, to use the computer is $1 per minute. ****BEWARE **** bring your package ready to go or you will be up charged to the 3rd degree.

The folks were civil, but they refused my prepaid shipment of 21 boxes because they "didn't have room." I've heard too much about UPS being the 'logistics company' to think that they couldn't have helped a good customer if they wanted to. I was referred to the Chattanooga terminal across town where it took over an hour to get my shipment scanned in. Seriously my ups driver would have all that done in five minutes... And believe it or not, he has less space than a store. Terrible overall experience with UPS today.
