Working with RentAll has been an absolute pleasure. When I have questions about set up or need help with sizing, Jeremy and Rick have been patient and pleasant in answering questions I have while ordering from them. When dropping off and picking up orders, Todd and John have been accommodating in putting equipment in its proper place. I recommend any wedding or event vendor to work with them in putting together details for any occasion!
Great place to rent equipment and special event things
My caterer recommended this company to me after discovering that my venue did not have enough stuff for my reception. I was panicked that they might not have what I needed on such short notice (2 days) but they were so helpful and accommodating! I just called them and told them what I needed, when I needed it delivered, and they took care of all the details. All the plates and flatware were spotless and good quality, the glassware had no water spots, and all the extra chairs I needed were clean! These folks really saved the day and did not disappoint! I will certainly recommend them to everyone! Thank you guys so much! Cheers!
Great customer service. Well kept equipment. Wide variety of tools for all sorts of jobs. Daily, weekly and monthly rentals.
Rented tiller did not run right. Ran fine just sitting, but not when asked to work in the dirt - would bog down and quit. We took it back and they said ran fine, but explained it didn't run right when asked toTILL, and not just sit and run. We took the time out of the day to return TWICE and they still charged the full 2 days and said that is what was agreed to in the contract paper work. We didn't even get it to work 20 min. THen they said it was our fault because said we put the gas cap on too tight. We didn't do anything with the gas cap! Didn't run it enough to need gas!
