The owner is greedy and a selfish liar at best while trying to act like a good Christian man who just screws his employees to get another vacation what a joke save yourself time and money and hire someone who can do the job right. There are just a few that work there that knows anything about plumbing and only one that is a licensed plumber what should take a hour will turn into days and the bill keeps getting bigger shame on the owner and the ones in charge!!
Professional people and good quality work
I have had more than one experience with Chase Service that has been so unprofessional and left unfinished every time for another company to have to come in and complete with my hot water heater. They get sent through my Home Warranty Company, collect the deductible, screw up the job, and find excuses to not return to finish per contract with my warranty company. I have reported them to the Brand they advertise to represent, and to the Home Warranty Company, because twice now I have had to hire other plumbers to finish the job in a professional and timely manner, and clean up their messes, from the supervisor in house, on down. I suspect amateur scam artist at play, and I have zero tolerance to be a victim of it. Terrible customer service! If they are the last people to call, you'd do better referencing Google and fixing whatever it is yourself.
