This is clinic has gone down hill beyond repair. My partner and I have been patients with this group for over 6 years. Since moving from North Shore to Hixon it has become a huge joke! Rude, clueless poor staffing. Our Nurse Practioner does not follow up and her transient medical assistant is world class horrid at best. Stay clear of this place if you want to stay alive and healthy! Something is very wrong with that practice. Most of thier quality staff has quit...I did not even want to give them a 1 star... posting requires at least a one star!
If I could give less than a one star review, I would. Changes in staff and/or management has greatly diminished the quality of care I once received at CHI Memorial. Those leaving blame the "management" while those who remain ( so far ) are looking elsewhere. What they ( the providers) do not realize is, yes, we (patients) may be new to them but we are not new to how our body functions. Those of us who are pro active in our own health should not be "dismissed" due to our age. And the call return(s) would be laughable if it weren't such a serious issue. Not to mention the unprofessional dress of the new, so called "office manager". Lord help me find another provider ! :(
I love Amy Tenure, but this facility could improve , always a different assistant and hard to get refills. I keep going there because Amy Tenure is caring and listens.. and Carlos is Awesome, but some of the staff could improve alot !

Staff is very unhelpful and rude. CHI Memorial is great and has a solid reputation, but they would be ashamed to see how they are being represented at this facility.
