This place is where mental health goes to die!
My psychiatric nurse practitioner is in charge of prescribing only one medication to me. When I call asking for a refill,she responded,"Which one do you want?" Ummm.... how about the one you prescribed??? They never call to remind you of your appointment. They can't even tell me what time the pharmacy opens because even though it's in the same building,they aren't a part of it. What do they not pay attention to their surroundings? The only reason I still go here is because I have to. It's the cheapest place around.
Not professional, no empathy, no common sense, not good for anyone that really wants to get well. I found another place that really have professional people that really care about you getting well and show it.
This is the fast food of mental health I was shocked how bad it was.
This is the worst place i have ever been to. Three times now I have gone in for my appointment only for them to tell me it has been moved, WITHOUT anyone telling me. The receptionist are rude, and no help at all. Now I do not have enough meds to make it to the "rescheduled" appointment. I was hung up on 3 times, and put on hold immediately each time I called. These are the people who are suppose to help you get better. Not make you worse.
