I found the people at Mental Heath Co Op. to be very helpful,friendly and effective but due to the high demand of help that's needed,at times you have to wait a little longer than you would like,over all they do a very great job

Ran very badly. They don't contact you like they say they will. I have not been able to get my meds for a while now cause of Safety net and cover RX issues, yet they will not let me know what is happening.

I made an appointment and had to book a month out because of how busy they were. So I show up october 7th 11:15 am the date and time the nurse gave me and they're closed!! I don't know about the rest of you but I have anxiety so it's hard for me to brave calling and scheduling appointments already. And now I have no idea when I'll be able to get another appointment. They need to train their staff on which days they are open or at least call people back when they give them a date they're closed and fix the situation!!!! I am LIVID with these people!!! That was very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
