The staff is willing to help, but you have to play phone tag a lot with this office. On average it takes a minimum of talking to three different people to have your questions answered. Another major is issue is the wait time for appointments- expect to wait two or three months to be seen by your doctor. There is definitely room for improvement here.
I was forced to rate them as one star and they don't even deserve that. No Emergency Room. So, even if you're service connected; You're stuck going to Murfreesboro, Nashville or Knoxville. They can't even help you out in situations where they know immediate medical attention is required. Hopefully your life isn't on the line. This clinic is completely useless. It doesn't even deserve a star.
I've fought with the Atlanta VA and surrounding clinics for years, the staff here went above and beyond and it was by far the most excellent experience I've ever had with the VA health Care system!
I have an excellent nurse and primary care doctor now. Went to see a ortho dr last visit and what a waste of gas and time. This guy is past retirement age and I though he was going to break out leeches with some blood letting. I will be seeking choice care for all ortho needs from now on.
I love my Psychiatrist, counselor and talk therapist. What I dont like are the various lies I have been told about not being able to get help due to what they deem as law but when I looked uo their rules for the humanitarian program I found out that they had been lying to me for 8 years. It took me coming in there and raising hell to get seen by someone. I feel its going to take another veteran blowing their head off in the parking lot to get these morons brains in gear.
