I would absolutely not recommend Gravley Construction due to the disgusting and unprofessional nature of their conduct, and the extremely negative affect their presence has on the surrounding community.
One of the workers on the site of 1708 OAK ST CHATTANOOGA 37404 (Permit 16-11733) physically removed his pants and began masturbating directly towards a woman who resided in the house across the street. The police were called and the Gravley employee was cuffed taken into temporary custody. Charges for indecent exposure are currently pending and are being filed against the worker.
