Make sure to look up city ordinances . Even if it's the streets behind toto or Jimmy John's near coolidge park they will give you a ticket if you are parked not facing the stop sign.
This is a predatory company that enforces our parking rules. There is also a complete double standard when dealing with appeals. The spot my daughter parked in, was a yellow curb (no debate) blocked from her view when pulling in by a outcropped curb with a tree. She attends UTC which anyone who has ever attended or has a child there knows the tuition is supplemented by parking tickets. The reason for the negative review is the double standard. My daughter's friend got the same ticket in the same spot but when appealed it was dropped. My daughter appealed hers and the denied it and then it doubled. Only once the ticket doubled was I (the owner of the car) mailed the citation. This is clearly a way to double their revenue. This is a disgusting practice and should be looked at when deciding on a third party to handle the Chattanooga's parking. So for anyone who reads this if your ticket dosent have a picture of your car on it and you appeal it then according to Citation#CHC44742 they will drop it. I'm sure they watch that spot like a hawk because of the way it's laid out. You have zero vizabilty of the yellow curb when pulling in to park. Sad and shamefull to let a company prey on college students.
They are the ABSOLUTE WORST, parking in Chattanooga is absolute bull$#@%. It's way too expensive, there's not many lots in the first place, and the attendants must get off on ticketing because they will get you for anything. Not pleased.
I deal with the Parking Authority often. We are a moving company and have to get meters bagged. They are always professional and polite,
Staff is often rude and thinks they know everything. I have been a customer with them for two years now and they still have not figured out how to stop issuing me false tickets. Along with this it took them over 6 months to clear my falsely issues tickets in which during that time they spammed me with late payment notices and even threatened to boot my car! Payments are not well managed and I have been accused twice of not having paid for my services and I had to go to my bank to provide proof of purchase. It's ridiculous, especially for a City Run Office.
I have read the other reviews... classic example of people being unrealistic and trying to blame someone else.
