I'm in Chattanooga, using Hers and His through our Home warranty and they provided excellant service going above and beyond what they needed to do. Details matter and they took the time to address all issues.
They are the worst ever. Crooks, do not use. You will be sorry if you hire them.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like it'll give you herpes, cause it's so bad it might.
Called HSA home warranty for my leaking gas water heater @ 7:10AM on 06/20/17. They assigned this company for my service. Had not got any response so I contacted them @ 11:00 AM. Was told it would be Thursday 06/22/17 before they could look at my leaking water heater. Had to shut my water off to prevent water damage.. Don't waste your time with their service!!!!!
This company is worse than useless, they're anti-productive. Warranty sent a lady out to inspect thankless water heater. Lady called immediately and admitted she had never worked on one before. Ends up incorrectly making faulty assumptions on manufacturers warranty and causes bigger headache. Manufacturers warranty expires 1 year on electronics and components, but has 10 year on waterside and casing. It's an electrical problem. Ends up causing bigger headache with warranty company for opening her idiot mouth about something she admits having no experience with. Lady was also rude, demanding and exceedingly clueless.
Quoted us $700 and four days waiting for a job we ended up getting done in two hours for $300 the exact same day. Garbage company.
