Steven installed a whole house water filter, expansion tank for my hot water heater and replace the pressure valve thingy so the water pressure in my house wasn't too high. He worked diligently, he worked neat and he was polite. Metro Plumbing is my plumber in Chattanooga. Go Steven!!!
Had a large HVAC done last night. The guys worked at my house all day until like 8 PM at night. They worked hard, they worked neat and they got the job done. They are polite, too. I just can't say enough about how happy I am with Metro Plumbing. A great team of people!
He explained what he had found and recommended how he thought he should proceed. During the 4 1/2 hours he worked on the leak he was outstanding in how he interacted with me and the quality of the work he did. Unfortunately, when the leak was repaired, the meter kept running indicating another leak farther out in the yard and he contacted the office to arranged for a crew with an excavator to show up the next morning.
The experience was good. They were fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable and nice. They sent and told me things I needed to know about my plumbing that was very helpful. I am glad I had them as my plumbers.
They pump out my restaurant's grease trap every 3 month with reasonable price. And there was an issue with Grease built back up due to the pipe was broken. They did Jet cleaning with and Showed me what was problem. But before that I complained that they did not clean the grease tarp in right way (I had to call the installer -Rooter Man - Very Rude Men- and they blamed Metro, and~ they asked for the Check $85 right that moment as service charge, only for Visit and see? ) So when I called office the lady- Kelly- was not at the desk and I left a MSG she called me right away and explained me what could cause this problem and I tried to make her understand that the technician did not cleaned with right way, She was explaining me with unlimited patience and recommended jet cleaning and ran the Sewer camera. So I let them do that and I found that there was pipe cracked very near the grease trap.That cause all the grease got built up that quickly. Their work in General is fine but Most of All I really want to put this 5 star for their customer service. They care about customer's feedback and try to fix it asap. I respect that.
The next morning, Chris and Lindsey showed up with the excavator and were able to locate 2 leaking spots between 5'-15' from the house. In about 2 hours, they dug the trench and repaired the leaks. Chris explained the process very thoroughly and they both worked very effectively. Their work was very detailed and complete.
We had a leak where the water line entered the house. When I called Metro, I was treated very professionally and in a friendly manner. Due to someone being in the area, Mike stopped over to inspect the leak within 2 hours of my call.
We had a quick response time (same day). The technician was polite professional and thorough. He showed up in a truck with everything he needed to do the job. This was the third time I have used Metro for plumbing, very happy all three times. I would definitely recommend Metro Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning..
