Can you believe that our sink drain stopped up on Christmas night when we had tons of dishes and pots and pans to wash?? The worse thing was that the pipe under the sink came loose when we tried to plunge the sink, and the water that was in the sink began draining into the cabinet and dishwasher. Oh, what a mess!!! But . . . Billy came out the next morning and got us all fixed up. Now, we're back in business. Thank you, Billy, for being knowledgeable and johnny-on-the-spot, but most of all for being courteous! I can't believe the reviews I'm reading. My experience is different. I have a mobile home park in Cleveland and was out of town and called them to pump out a septic tank for me. They said it would probably cost around $325, which is reasonable. My final bill, however, was $525!, because, they said, they had to dig down 2 feet. I've never heard of a tank being less than 2 feet deep. That is a ridiculous price! If you need a septic tank pumped out, you'd be advised to shop around. If they had charged me $400 I wouldn't have liked it, but would be thought "Oh well, I wasn't there to micro-manage the situation so I had to pay a little extra." But $525 dollars is ridiculous! Shame on you!
First of all, my family and I would like to personally thank Billy and Chris. The shower faucet in our home was leaking and needed to be replaced. They arrived in a short time and quickly got the job done. I was very pleased of how everything went. Very professional and friendly service. The price including labor was also very competitive compared to other places. So Yes, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done in their home! This the third or fourth time I have used Rooter Man. They have dealt with stopped up drains and replaced a septic tank for us. I called them today for a two slow draining tubs in rental units I own. They came within the half hour. Chris was very helpful and efficient. After he arrive I also realized there was a toilet that was also leaking. He was more than willing to fix that as well while he was there. Their prices seem reasonable for the time spent and the jobs they have done. I would recommend them! and will plan to use them in the future.
