I recently had two separate issues with my hot water heater. They were able to come out same-day on both occasions and take care of the issue. The work was great and I felt like the price was more than fair. I'll definitely use them again the next time I need a plumber. Good, fair people.

They were able to get a plumber out less than an hour after I called. He was very knowledgeable, and repaired our leaking pipe quickly, with a minimum of mess. He also recommended a few other things that should be repaired *before* they started leaking, which was helpful, because no one likes waking up to wet floors.
Outstanding service! After inheriting my Dad' home, I needed to repair the main bathroom. I have used Scenic City Plumbing for several repairs recently. I wasn't sure what repairs I needed so I called Scenic City Plumbing and asked. The owner, Jeff Logan, answered the phone and was quick to offer to meet with me at my home to determine what repair options I would need. He came out that same day and checked the bathroom and went down to the basement to inspect plumbing. He made several suggestions on how to remove the walk-in bathtub, move the toilet and build in a new shower. Although Scenic City Plumbing does not do remodeling, he was able to provide me with business cards for two contractors he had used. He was nice enough to take the time to meet with me. I highly recommend Scenic City Plumbing. They are skilled and experienced in all areas of plumbing repair. Do not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs!
Called to get a drain cleared. They arrived shortly before the scheduled time same day. Greg and Joe were the techs that showed up. Clean workers (wiped their feet before entering each time) and courteous. They ran a snake down the drain a couple of times and ran the washing machine to make sure it didn't back up. Was better priced than what I was expecting.
Apparently they do not have the ability to fix problems with hot water systems unless it is one of the small number of brand names they are used to.
