I question the intelligence of anybody who would spend a dime on Greyhound. You get what you pay for. You spend money at Greyhound you get what you freaking get. It's a freaking bus. Passengers are largely ghetto degenerates and you expect exceptional service and a first class experience? Fly, drive or stay the hell home!
1st let me just say that I was only there for 30 min I was on a layover from Atlanta to Clarksville. The 1st thing I noticed was that as I walked up to ask the customer service attendant about sockets for the phone the 1st thing she sd to me before I could even get out my mouth an entire syllabul was. "All bus questions must be answered at customer service"...so I just paused for a moment and g her this look like, ok...so can I ask the question I was gonna ask now? Before I was so rudley interrupted"? I asked her where the sockets for plugging in your phone where located. She the chuckled and sd " oh I'm so sorry mam is that all you wanted to know"? I replied yes, in Atlanta there where several charging stations where you could plug your phone up. Apparently here at this station there was not and only a few sockets across the wall in which people had to fight for...I personally feel like charging stations should be a priority for riders of Greyhound it only makes GD sense. Also there food was way over priced even more then you would expect at a gas station I mean double the price off whatever you thought was expensive. The women's restroom was only semi clean and these things alone made the stop an impatient wait for the bus to pull off. Just be aware
The bus station is pretty great but the bus line sucks axx. Some don't have power, some don't have ac and they are always running late.
Usually just dropping off a friend but it is a nice clean station. Bus service is not what it used to be. There are sometimes long delays and some buses need to be revamped as the seats are worn out and uncomfortable.
Worst Greyhound station. Too many homeless and mentally ill people around in a very sketch part of town. Be careful and always stay in the station or go to the nearby Marta station to the airport station.
