First thing to know about this field, is that it is not street accessible. You have to park on the streets near Manker Patten Tennis Club. Then walk a sidewalk trail, about 1/4 mile, by the tennis club and this leads directly to the park. Automated navigation will likely leave you stranded on Riverside Parkway. But if you travel as if you are going to Manker Patten Tennis Club, it's much easier to get close.
The field is artificial turf and very well maintained. You would totally think it was real grass, until you are standing on it and look very closely.
No rest rooms and the nearest is about a 3/4 mile walk away, at the rowing area.
This is the practice field, for UTC football and sometimes their soccer teams.
