Nothing but a sorry bunch of group of people. They do not back up their work. Once they are paid they will find every excuse in the book to not address problems and leaks. They low ball estimates in order to get a job and then quote "local code" for any thing not addressed in a quote. They showed up two weeks late to "look" at a leak , destroyed siding to get a picture to protect themselves. They do not fulfill a contract. All the customer gets is double talk from the owner and no response from the so-called lead in Chattanooga. They are used to law suits from their approach to problems and they hide behind "GAF". My 21 year old roof head water back better than a two month old "Burell Buit Exteriors" roof. They put all of the problems back on the customer ( and their are many). Don't expect any support or warranty help.
Fantastic company, does great work and very professional. I have to say Corey and Brandon are the best in the business from my experience. I wouldn't go any where else.

Burell Built owes over $5100 in delinquent property taxes. Corey Burell was a character witness in court trying to keep an employee out of prison. Then denied it. He will block you on Facebook if you say anything negative about his business. Has friends and family giving good reviews. Very deceptive business practice
Highly recommended company. After having a new roof installed through burellbuilt we are very pleased with the personable approach and guarantees we were given before they began, and now that the roof is on we're very happy with the quality, price, and amount of time it took for the installation. Corey and Brandon were very easy to deal with and made the process extremely simple for us to handle.
