Went in on Monday night, the General Manager Rob is the person that helped me....he was extremely helpful...he wrote down my order said the shoes I ordered would be there Wednesday...I called Thursday because I still hadn't received a call telling me they were in....called again today now Friday, talk to a girl who couldn't find a clue and apparently can't look through an order book...was on hold for 8 minutes while she attempted to look for them...another girl gets on the phone with me she apparently can't can't find a name in a book either....I insisted it was in there as I watched Rob write it up, 2 minutes later she was like oh I'm sorry it is here....she said the shoes have not come in although it was a transfer from Morristown...she is supposed to call me back today to let me know if they are on the shipment today......not gonna hold my breath...I will definitely go to another store next time...
