Employees are not helpful and they don’t understand their return policy.
My husband bought a pair of sneakers at 9 o'clock at night when he got home he tried it on with a pair pants and did not like the way they looked the next day he want to return them and they said know that he had worn them . Now he is stuck with a 70 dollar pair sneakers that he doesn't want and a story fuse to do anything about it we would never go back to that store
Staff threads the fine line between being helpful and being pushy, but overall they were cool. One of the few places in Chatt to get good skate shoes, that I know of at least. Decent selection, and you can always order whatever they don't have.
Love this store. Last time I was in there the employees were very nice and helpful. Love my converse I got.
