Shortly after being hired here, the manager used my personal employee discount (without my knowledge) to buy herself a pair of shoes. Then, almost immediately afterward, I was fired via text message. I was unaware upon being hired here that the penalty for not meeting sales goal is termination of employment. I consider it very unprofessional to steal from your employees.
