He described the shoes to me and a very professional polite manner. I found a pair of shoes. He put them on for me with such professionalism and precision. Jordan needs to be a mentor with New Balance. His customer service & professionalism were flawless. Jordan gave me a 15% off coupon for my shoe purchase .
