Red Wing shoes are AMAZING! However, this store's customer service is TERRIBLE. The sales associate, Frankie, was awfully rude. He wasn't welcoming nor was he helpful at all. He also doesn't know anything about the boots he's selling. This service is just awful. He was in a rush as if he had more important matters to attend to. He didn't properly answer any of my questions. He might as well have been a clueless customer. They don't take value in your business. They treat you like a Wal-Mart customer even though you are dropping big bucks on boots. They deter business more than appeal by their sour attitudes. I wouldn't recommend buying from this store. Go in and use the machine to get your size and then order the boots online from Red Wing. Even if you order the wrong size, Red Wing customer service is extremely cooperating and will straighten things out. These guys will leave you out to dry and you'll be sorry you gave them your business. I sure am.
Whitney did an awesome job helping me find a great pair of boots for work. I was in town for work and they did not have the pair I saw on their website, but she worked with me and we found a pair of boots, insoles and waterproofing treatment. A most excellent experience, would definitely return to this store if I lived locally - Thank You!

Great staff. Helped me get steel toe shoes and made sure they fit perfect. Didn't force any extra stuff on me. I'll totally be going back if i neee anything shoe related.
