VERY pricey but I do believe you get what you pay for.
I would like to thank Jim at the Hamilton Place RC store for going the extra to find a Patagonia vest that was requested specifically by a family member. Jim searched the entire store and called all of the other stores and would not give up until he found the vest. After all of the searching and calling Jim found it and Christmas was saved! Thanks Jim and the RC staff for going the extra it makes me want to always shop at RC.

Stopped by a Rock Creek store in Chattanooga because they carry good outdoor clothing, ie, Patagonia, North Face, etc
I had my mom come in here for me while I was at work because my Chacos finally fell apart after years of wear. I feared the worst- that I would have to buy new Chacos and lose my old favorites. The cashier and manager were extremely helpful and informed me that I could have them repaired through warranty. They sent my chacos to their warranty guy and everyone was great and extremely helpful! Love this place! Thanks so much
Rock Creek at Hamilton Place is the best store in town! Everyone at the store was extremely kind and helpful today. An employee, Brandon, helped me find the perfect rain jacket for my upcoming trip to Oregon. The manager, Erik, answered all of my questions about backpacks and i will surely come back to this location when I am ready to purchase one. all of the employees were just so kind that I felt compelled to write a review. The cashier, Kennedy, helped entertain my kids with stickers and conversation which made shopping so much easier. this is a great store
One of my sons is going to Iceland in November so we were looking around for clothing for this trip.
Salesman showing jackets and putter shells, liners, sweaters, etc. Again...pricey.

I told Jacob that they should have been offering us a drink, snacks and the executive restroom for the amount of money we might have spent there.
My son asked if he may use the bathroom. Salesman says “no but the next store has one.”
