We have only had our spa for two weeks so we can't yet speak to its quality over time. However, as of now we love it. The quality of the spa and the quality of the service are important in buying a spa. You'll have a hard time finding a harder working salesperson and technician than Jason in Chattanooga. He knows his product well enough to not just be a salesman but also a certified technician. We talked to salesmen at other places who didn't know their product and gave inaccurate info. Jason knows the product and is true to his word.
