Dropped off my tax info in February. Needed an amended return done that Frost Co said was very simple to do. Called back before the April deadline to see where the return was. They didn't know and lost all our tax info. Dropped off another copy. Continually called them over the next few months. In August they said all our tax info was lost again so I had to make the third set of copies and drop them off. Finally got my return back from them in October. Bob Frost said he would take care of it over the 8 months but never did. Now have to pay more in late fees. Truly pathetic service. Never again!
