After 2 visits and 3 unreturned phone calls, I gave up on this place, after being asked to return YET AGAIN for another consult. I have a few rental properties and personal investments - it can't be that complicated. I give 2 stars because I don't think they'll scam you, they're just horribly inefficient without any customer service. Plus, it's 2016, and they're still doing tax calculations by hand. I was sitting there dictating my data, wondering why I wasn't at home on Turbotax...

I found another recommended accountant who sat down with me 1 time for an hour and a half and knocked out my return with an electronic tax program - and the price was actually $40 less. Sanders Associates did nothing for me but waste hours of my time and a little gas money - say, can I write that off on my taxes next year?
