Great food. A little pricey but worth it. Friendly service. Love the bread and salads and the sandwiches, oh heck I love everything. Great place.
Never disappointed with choosing Panera. Delicious, clean food and a great drink selection! It is a little pricey, hence the 4 stars. I am a huge fan of the Rapid Pick-up online ordering option. I use it quite frequently for picking up their bacon, egg and cheese asiago bagel sandwich for breakfast. In and out, faster than any drive thru!
JAB (the new owners of Panera chain) literally took a Jab at the cutlery! Super small sized bowls, portions for already pricey menu. No thank you JAB
Poor management, no organization and such a lack of empathy that I watched 4 separate guests leave without ordering. As for me and my party we will never go back to this location. People even told management why other guests were mad and walking out, but they couldn’t care less.
Panera has pretty good food, I like that their food is "clean" although they are outwardly vague as to what that means, I DO know that their chicken is antibiotic and hormone free. And they have a TON of great, healthy options for kids which is incredibly rare in Chattanooga. I love their green tea and if you're vegan or vegetarian there's several yummy options as well. I DO think they are overpriced for what you as getting, although yummy, and if you are gluten free, well, I'm not sure what you could eat there, but overall it's tasty and a good chic to throw in the mix, especially if you have picky kiddos!
