It took them 2 weeks to get me an appointment with a woman. I just called and talked to them about cancelling my membership and the manager on duty told me you can't cancel. They are only allowed to "freeze" your account. I wasn't told when I signed up that I wouldn't have an option to cancel. Blood sucking leeches.
I highly recommend this location and the therapist Aurora! Great massage and very attentive
I called for an appointment on September 9th. I asked for a two hour deep tissue massage. I was told no openings until October for this service! If you have hopes of getting in quickly, this is not the place apparently.
