Used them for my wedding and loved it! Great service, attention to detail, and just talented people. Highly recommend this salon.
I planned for my wedding party and I to get hair and makeup done at blowout co. My communication with the manager at blowout co was very negative. I was about to cancel all services from them because of the customer service my mom and I both received on the phone from her. We were going to shell out a LOT of money for hair and makeup for 7 girls and I ended up cancelling a lot of our services the day before because of the attitude we received from her. We had issues with timing and she was not helpful in the slightest to make our time at blowout co. pleasurable. I will not be using blowout co again or recommending this salon to others. The actual experience in the salon was very nice, especially because the manager was not there. The girls who did our hair and makeup had nothing to do with the bad experience. They did a great job.
The overall hair do was good but besides the receptionist the staff was not friendly. The girl who did my hair had zero suggestions when I asked her what she thought would work well. She just shrugged and said it was up to me. There were four other girls getting their hair done and none of the stylists were smiling or chatting with their customers. They all came across very snobby. The price for an up-do is also quite high ($70) for not including a wash and dry. Overall I would say the experience is not at all worth what they'll charge you.
My wife loves this place. Comfortable waiting areas for husbands/boyfriends. They do a great job in a short amount of time and for very reasonable prices.
I've been coming to this location since December 15th, 2016. After a couple of visits, I started seeing Reba regularly. Not only is she the sweetest person, but she is also extremely amazing at what she does. Anytime I need a blowout, I adjust my schedule to Reba's schedule. I've never left the salon feeling anything less than perfect thanks to her wonderful service. Thank you, Reba!!!
