Friendly and helpful staff, always make me feel welcome...love the ladies at Avenue!!
Fellows avoid this store...they treat your wives with disdain and you can order the items online and return them by mail. But...avoid this particular store on Gunbarrell. The staff talk about their customers after they leave the store and are rude to anyone needing to get a refund or a new size. I know I bought some items online for my wife for Christmas and when she needed a larger size she chose to visit the local store rather than ship it back. The workers were rude and accused her of returning dirty merchandise even those the items and receipt were with her. Trust me avoid Avenue on Gunbarrel... your wife should never be treated as rudely as mine was. Needless to say, I won't be giving them any future business.
Don't order on line and expect to return to the store. I have ordered twice and been told that I could not have a refund in store both times.
They are out pricing themselves cato has much better prices who wants to pay 60 for 1 pair of pants
Vanessa and her staff are amazing. When you enter Avenue they greet you with a smile. I was fortunate to participate in Avenues' fashion show. It was fantabulous! I love the wonderful styles for women . Thanks Avenue Staff!
