Im not sure if I have this Lady's name right, but my receipt said DJ. Any who she was awesome! She answered all my questions about the salt lamps which they unfortunately where out of. I absolutely love Earthbound, definitely worth the stop if your in the mall!! The customer service there is awesome!! Thank you!
Absolutely love this place; the staff are very helpful & they are very knowledgeable. I will definitely keep returning to this store because there's so much I want to buy, but it's going to be a gradual process LOL
Staff is super nice and the manager was really helpful with any questions I had. He was super friendly and I seemed like we were pals for years. Always nice to see new faces of employees and getting to chat with in. I love how the company values employees chatting with customers and makes it a goal to build customer relationships.
