REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE!! Delivered to my child's HIGH SCHOOL and smelled so bad she refused to display it on her desk! I called the store and was told by the manager that they are only willing to refund my delivery fee. After calling the store back, the manager finally agreed to give me a full refund. I am disgusted and will NEVER order from them again! I also called the corporate store in hopes that Quality Assurance will do something. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Thought it was a good idea to leave chocolate covered fruit outside in 95 degree weather when it was order by somebody from out of town. When asked why they thought that was a good idea their only response was "We were just doing what we were told." Not willing to work with us or the person who made the purchase and had no idea how hot it was here. Can't believe they can operate a business this way and still have customers.
