Always buy my meats here. They are always fresh. The produce is good too. A lot of times you can get name brand clothing at very low prices.
In addition to the regular discounted prices, they also have specials and sale prices. They have a great pharmacy with a Discount Drug list for Sam's Plus members that doesn't require insurance. The Sam's Plus membership includes many back to use in the store after spending some set amount- I got $50 a couple of weeks ago.
In addition to good prices, rhe selection is better than it used to be. Returns and refunds are quick and easy. The employees and managers are friendly and helpful. In the 20 or so years I have shopped here I have only complained about 2 employees.
I used Sam's before Costco came to this area and it still fits my needs well enough that I have stayed with Sam's.
Great people and selection. The only thing I disliked was the lines. I have been using the Scan & Go since they released it and I believe that it has caused me to stop more often. I know that I can get in & out so quickly now! The best way to shop here.
I love this place, everything is always stocked well and the store is clean. Everyone is friendly, I don't know what else you could ask of a retail store. The gas station is closed right now signs say it is to open again around the beginning of July last I saw. Also the little food court has some good pizza for the price. Oh and don't forget to check out the scan and go app it's great!
I visited to see if they had improved their product offering in the last couple of years. I was looking at comparing then with Costco. We chose Costco hands down. Much greater fresh food selection and many more organic items. I asked an employee for help at Sam's and she was able to answer one of my questions, but then just said, "I don't know" to the other and didn't attempt to find the answer. Not the best customer service. Good prices on certain items. Free food samples.
