Cody did fabulous job removing an old tub and then placing it with a specially ordered new shower set up. The job was completed promptly, timely and efficiently. Looks great! Nathan the sales person was thorough and personable, helpful, but not high pressure. He has excellent listening skills. Rebecka the woman who schedules the work, could benefit working on her people skills. I gave the review 5 stars because of the labor and sales crew, and the sweet gal who answers the phone in the office. Rebekah ...again needs to learn and practice better customer service skills. This would be the main reason I would not refer someone to Re-Bath Chattanooga.
I cannot say enough good things about Re-Bath. I am blown away! Cody and Erik were our installers; they were professional, efficient, and highly-skilled. Nathan was the initial rep we met with, and he was great at explaining the options and prices available. The result was even better than I expected, and they were able to do the install an entire *month* prior to projected. Worth every single penny!

Eric and Phillip did a fantastic job creating my dream shower/ bathroom. They were meticulous about making sure the areas they would be working were covered with non skid drapes. There was no dust from sawing because they did all the heavy work like that outside. They worked quickly and professionally. They knew the job they were doing and worked with skill and precision. I was impressed how they measured me sitting from seat to floor to make sure of my comfort level with my shower bench. They noticed my legs are short and they would need to adjust the shower bench by a couple inches. Same with my shower head. Everything they did was custom to my body to make for a perfect fit with my disability. You can't afford NOT to have ReBath fit you with the bath you want and NEED.
Nathan, Cody and Erik were great. Nathan was very helpful in helping us decide on the style and colors. Cody and Nathan were very professional in their work. They did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with both our bathrooms.
