I have bought a Caper office chair from Smart Furniture online, and entirely due to my own fault, misplaced a significant mechanism during installation (read: my bad for not following the manual carefully). Upon contacting the store, I was helped by staff member Skeeter Scott, whom not only promptly answered my emails and calls with precise diagnostic comments, but also mailed in a tool accompanied with a clear Youtube instruction video. 5 minutes later my worry was gone and came the joy of sitting on my excellent new chair.
