The installers were punctual and professional. They setup and got right to work. They were very friendly, one of the guys spent 10 minutes talking to my grandson about Star Wars, but never stopped working. They worked five and half hours in 95° heat and never complained. I’m very satisfied with our windows and our installers. I’ll definitely recommend Window World of Chattanooga to others.
Window World worked with us on our time frame--we did not want to finance anything so replaced windows in stages. From first meeting/demo to the last install of our largest window, John and his staff have been nothing but professional, courteous and willing to show us all options for styles, sizes, and were always accurate with pricing. No surprises, no "bait and switch". George was on time for all measurement appointments and was honest and up front about all prices and timing. A real pleasure to work with!!
Love my windows ! Had some put in 10 years ago and I've had absolutely no problems . Like them so much had them installed in my home and another property. George did a great job very knowledgeable and helpful. I have just a handful of people I recommend and this company is on my list .
I am extremely happy with my new windows. George was my salesman. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and broke down all the pricing for me. He wasn't too pushy like most sales-people are. He was a pleasure to deal with. The manager John called once the windows were in and scheduled installation for the next Monday. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. The installers, Matt and J.R. did a phenomenal job installing. They took care of my home as if it were their own. They were extremely nice and didn't seem to be bothered by me following them around watching them work. They cleaned everything up and vacuumed everywhere that they worked. I would recommend window world to all of my friends and family!
Liars, unprofessional, and neglectful. This sums up my brief experience with these people. I called them in order to get one of their people to come to a house for a window estimate. After the woman in the office told me they would be there between 4-5, they never showed. I called back to ask what happened and she had the man call ME back. This is where things went completely unprofessional. After I explained to him that I needed a WRITTEN estimate, he kept trying to give me a verbal quote over the phone. And if this wasn't bad enough, the price range he gave me fluctuated between 2-300 dollars! Nothing was concrete. Finally, I gave up on him and called back to their office a couple hours later and just asked to speak to the owner. The lady was kind enough to give me his personal number but after I called him, he never returned my inquiry! That's fine. I usually don't post reviews for businesses because my dealing usually turn out satisfactory. But this is one that never got off the ground, and I hope anyone who hires these folks gets good service. But it didn't work out for me.
