I had 2 great wods while in Hixson for Christmas week. My son had a good time at their kid's camp as well.

This is a great box! Amber and Jason run a great CrossFit program that will get you in shape quickly! Great location with awesome equipment! #burpees
Staff was very friendly, I felt like I was at my local box. Everyone greeted and treated me as a member. If you're visiting Chattanooga and need a place to drop in I recommend Hixson Cross fit. Drop in rates are 15 dollars or you can by a shirt or wrist wraps and the class is on them. You must contact Amber who is one of the coaches, she's very friendly and the one you need to talk to about drop ins. They only allow drop ins if you tell them ahead of time and you're required to be a part of a box which is normal. Great Box will visit again next time I'm in the Noog.
