Such a beautiful salon! The service that came with my pedicure was absolutely perfect and relaxing.
This has been one of the worst experiences at a nail salon I’ve ever had. First of all, the sign in front of the store front says “Natural Nail Spa” and there is NOTHING natural about the place except they carry one line of “natural” polishes that they charge $3 extra for. They do not use natural base coat or top coat either even though they charge $3 for this “natural” polish. Also the polish I chose from the sample board ended up looking 3 shades lighter on my nails and they refused to acknowledge that it looked different from the sample. Secondly, the service is terrible. They are extremely rude and un-accommodating. They did absolutely nothing for the dead skin on my feet, they barley massaged, and the polish was all over the skin on my fingers and toes when they finished. I’ve actually been twice because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was worse the second time. I would never recommend anyone to go here. I believe they are owned by Nail Bar, which is a chain of very average nail salons in Chattanooga. I’ve never had a great experience at any of their locations. Needless to say, I will not be back and o truly hope no one that reads this will waste their time and money at this place.
Yesterday was my girlfriend’s birthday. To suprise her, we went to this nail salon. I had my plan with me already for this important day. She was very impressed because this nail salon smell very fresh and clean. The manager was very good and professional as well. We will be back!!
