Offered me a third less for my gold than what it was worth. Luckily I did my math before I went here. They told me that they took out 20%, but from the price they offered it was more like 25 or 30. Beware. When I asked questions of what numbers they were using to calculate the price they went back and offered me a couple hundred dollars more. It was still less than what it should have been. They were also pretty rude, asking me how I knew what I was doing if I had never bought gold before and accusing me of doing my math wrong.
