The 5 stars is for the good offers, if you have something you want to sell at scrap prices. You will probably get a better offer here, than their neighbor New Southern Gold will offer.
But if you want to sell something and make half or near resale value, you won't find a regular gold buyer that suits your needs. You would want to do a private sale with a friend or via EBay.

I just spoke with a woman there over the phone and she was very rude. It sounded like she was eating chips or something. Also, as soon as I said thanks have a good day, she hung up on me without another word. Maybe they need someone with better people skills, or even just some personality, to answer the phones.

Since it is a jewelry store in an urban area. You would want to watch your back outside and keep valuables concealed till you are inside.
The only downside, is that Rick is a chain smoker. So you may leave with a faint smell of smoke on you. You don't smell any smoke till you get close to where Rick is sitting. So while you wait to speak to Rick, you can sit elsewhere, it's a big store.

I say this simply because I took in my jewelry to come up with money to get my car title and Rick gave me the exact amount I needed, even though it was a small amount more than my jewelry was worth...
