I have been to a few other gold buyers in Chattanooga, but I will only be going back to Southern Precious Metals Exchange. They were very friendly and honest about the jewelry I was selling. I had taken my necklace to a few other places, but I got the most money for my gold here by a good amount. This will now be the only place I go to sell my jewelry!
I visited this place last week and I was beyond impressed with the excellent customer service I received while I was there. The owner, Bruce, was kind and informative and gave me a wonderful price for the things that I brought in to sell. He took the time to answer all of my questions about metals and weights and prices. He also informed me that by going straight to him I was getting a better deal than by going to a pawn shop or other gold/silver scrapping place because they typically end up selling what they'd buy from me to him anyways! So, let that be a lesson to any of you out there with scrap gold or silver-go straight to the source (Bruce)!
