If i could rate a zero i would. Went to try and pawn a nintendo 3d. Rude girl associate made me drive home for a charger when non they sale even have one and after i return she tells me she cant accept it even after it was inspected before i left to retrieve the charger. Told her what i expected before i left and she tells me she'd give me $15 for the other things i had knowing again what i was asking. They should hire someone with half a brain. Lose many customers that way. Gorl looked like she still lived with mommy or daddy so I'm sure doesnt understand value of a dollar. Are the just in business gor ripping people off or the initial standard of making customers happy? Seems the morals of business have went out the window here but who cares right.....they rio people off everyday! Their bills are paid I'm sure. I was only asking for a little money to help with my light bill. They seem to judge everyone who walks in the door.
I would probably give a higher rating... if I could get anyone to help me! They were too busy cracking jokes amongst themselves to even acknowledge my presence! Great place to be ignored!
we enjoy browsing pawn shops, i've never bought anything here.. prices are too high and folks aren't very helpful.

Terrible customer service. You will get different values depending on the employee or even mood they are in. They could care less about the actual value of items.
