Our (very prominent) business will not be using this service ever again. We didn't pay much attention to the guy that showed up, but we had not seen him before (we give this service a ridiculously amount of business, so we're familiar with most of the guys). Tall, slovenly looking guy, balding, with a full beard and bowlegged, wearing cargo pants and a dirty tshirt.

He wasn't the friendliest guy, and we could have overlooked that, but the coughing and spitting was just gross. This particular guy needs to see a doctor, because I'm pretty sure he left parts of his rotting lungs on our property.
Had affordable carpet care out this morning. Did a GREAT job! My carpets look good as new, smells great too. Heck the gentleman even cleaned my area rug and entry runner. Kudos!!! We will be using them again! Thanks!!!

He sits in the van for a while and spits. Gets out and spits. Does a bad job of cleaning our carpet and spits. I understand a lot of people seem to have an OCD issue with spitting, but this guy has the worst smokers cough ever, and leave black spit marks everywhere he's been. At one point, he's doubled over coughing (and he doesn't seem to be that old, so there's really no excuse), spitting, on the verge of puking. We can't have this kind of thing going on in our business.
It was noticed by our clients (it's hard to miss the bright white vans with giant lettering), and they were pretty turned off by the whole thing as well, so Affordable Carpet Care has not only lost our business, but is probably getting some bad word-of-mouth reviews.
In and out in under an hr. Apt smells great. Wish I had known about them sooner; a clean carpet makes whatever you own look better. Can't wait to get my Christmas decorations up this year.
