They provide great quality of work. Could not be happier with their services and the care they take in my clothes. All of my orders were ready on time and exactly when I needed them. Incredible customer service and an even harder working staff.
Their pricing on Wash/Dry/Fold service changes, depending on who works the register when you visit. One week they'll charge $30 for 30 lbs...the next week it might cost $42 for the same 30 lbs. Also, one week your clothes smell clean & the next week they won't have any fragrance. Whether it's my BigMac or my laundry, I appreciate consistency but the price (& quality) tends to wax & wane at Big Ridge Cleaners.
Ruined my Comforter! I have taken my king size Harbor House (expensive) comforter to Big Ridge Cleaners twice; the first time, I got it back to find that two of the gussets were torn from the batting, and it wasn't even well laundered. The second time, I pointed out the damage (very nicely) and asked that special attention be paid to these areas and requested that the two torn gussets be repaired. I got it home to find one gusset was 'repaired' (very sloppily), and the second gusset had been merely safety pinned! I will not be back, I have not asked that the repair be completed, I will be taking it to someone who has better sewing skills, and an appreciation for their customers and the pieces they trust them with. Find another cleaner.
They sewed a hem in my pants that was approx. 5 inches deep so of course it came out. Then they wanted to charge me to fix it.
Almost every cleaner around here returns clothes smelling like dry cleaning fluid. But these guys have a perfect track record so far. Plus quick and cordial service.
