He ladies were friendly competent and even smiling- with all the grumpy customers around them waiting for there turn. Thank you ladies! I made it a nice experience after all.
Waited 3 hours!!!!! We pay them with our taxes to sit and wait for hours for them to charge us more money for any kind of fee they please. We are like cattle! We sit here and complain to each other and yet nothing happens because real hard working people have no say. They take our taxes and hard earning money and yet don't comply with our constitution. How can they say i cant bring in a firearm but yet we pay for 100% of everything in that building and their wages. But I can't or have the right to protect myself.
Waiting Time was annoying but staff super friendly.
They did tell me when I got the number for the queue how long I will have to wait. They also told me whih days and times it would be better to come if I want to avoid long lines.
So the earlier the better and Monday's and Friday's at the worst days in terms of waiting times.
Being busy is not an excuse to be rude to everyone and you don’t need to explain that rudeness is due to how busy you are . We can see the amount of people we get it still try and have some composure . Also for those moving into the state they are living in the past here; make sure you get some utility bills delivered to your address before you go paperless because online print outs are not accepted . It’s a shame that where you register your car and where you get your license are two different places in tennessse . The registration place is super effectient and all the employees are friendly dmv should go there and take some notes.
It was not a pleasant experience. Very few people working. Instead of signing in and waiting forever to get to what you requested you want one round, get called to the desk to tell them why you’re here (what was the point of signing in?), they you get to wait a second time to get to your actual purpose. Who in their right mind thought this was a good system? This place really needs improvement.
I came to change my name and waited for 2.5 hours to be called to the information desk, only to be told I needed to use the iPad and didn’t have to wait with everyone else. When I got up to the desk, the woman was very rude and never asked me why I was there, just took my picture and got my signature, then got annoyed with me because I didn’t tell her I needed my name changed. She didn’t have me sign again, so the signatures didn’t match. When I came back to fix it a few days later the first lady I talked to told me I had to fill out an application for a new license. I did that, and when I was called back up, that lady told me I didn’t have to do that and that I needed to use the iPad to request a duplicate again. So what should have taken 5 minutes on Monday ended up taking me over 4 hours to get done. This office is horrible and I will not come back here if I can help it at all.
