Called this office for information and spoke to a Ms Gusso and she was rude and condescending. I was very polite seeking information, but I was talked to like I was some sort of low life or something. Sad that we pay taxes to pay this woman's salary to be talked down to this way. If I could rate this office less than a 1 is would be less than a 1! President Trump needs to do some housecleaning in the tax offices!
Very fast service. I was dreading my visit and had put it off for months because of the stereotypical SS reputation, but I had to get my name changed after getting married. I was there for 20 minutes tops. It was fantastic.
i spoke with a gentleman who was very professional and extremely nice. Good to know there is at least one person working with the SS office with people skills. If all government workers were like this then our government would not be so screwed up. Great job Sir!!!
I had to go to SS office. I'm very pleased to say Ray Rivera took care of all my questions. He wad very nice and very helpful. I just wanted to say it was a good experience.
I went yesterday, got called back fairly quickly but had a hard time understanding the intercom. I told the woman "Im sorry I thought it said 3!" And she coldly says "It said E!" I ignored it and gave her my stuff for a name change which consisted marriage license, proof of new residency, my drivers license and MY SOCIAL SECURITY CARD and even mentioned that my first name was spelled wrong on my social security card and the last name needed changed. She gave me my stuff back all folded up in my marriage certificate and told me she couldnt take expired license, which I didnt know was expired and thats fine, Ill go renew it. I put my stuff up, felt like something was missing but I left. Then realized after I got in the car, that she didnt give me my ssn card back because I remember I put it in a specific spot everytime. I went back in just before closing and she flat out denies I even gave her my card! She looked under a couple papers. I asked if she could look in the floor and she flat out tells me "maam I dont have it, you didnt give it to me!" I know I did. Im going back again to get my card because I found out people can sell social security cards to mexicans!!!
